Primavera Sound announces they will postpone this year’s event. The Spanish festival will now take place from 26 to 30 August 2020.
Primavera Sound explains that due to the coronavirus outbreak the event cannot go ahead in early June. To guarantee the safety of everyone involved, the organisation has made the exceptional decision to change the dates to later this summer.
The organisation writes that tickets for the original 2020 event will remain valid for the new dates in August. The festival will announce more information about ticket sales when the Spanish state of alarm is over.
Primavera Sound 2020 has a stellar line-up with many beloved headliners. The Strokes, Lana Del Rey, The National, Massive Attack and many more are topping the bill this year. The organisation does not yet confirm if the program remains the same.
