Sometimes it is hard to stay up to date with so many announcements by artists and festivals. Festileaks looks back at the best news of week 7 of 2020 to catch up while drinking your Saturday coffee. Today, let’s take a look at Pinkpop, All Points East and more.

1- Pinkpop 2020 confirms Ellie Goulding and more

The Dutch festival’s line-up keeps expanding. This week, Pinkpop adds Ellie Goulding, Frenna Deluxe, The Last Internationale and Querbeat. They join previously announced Post Malone, Guns N’ Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more.

2- All Points East adds an indie day

Indie Rock is alive and will be well represented at All Points East 2020. The British festival announced The Kooks, The Wombats, Jake Bugg, Gang of Youths and more to perform on Saturday 30th May. The organizers also added names to the Tame Impala day: The Avalanches, Yellow Days and more. You can check the full names here.

3- First European dates for Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus will perform at Lollapalooza Berlin and Superbloom in Munich next September. These are her first European festival dates for 2020 so far. The Berlin festival also announced other names, in addition to Rage Against the Machine: DJ Snake, Die Antwoord and more will perform there. David Guetta, Alligatoah and more will perform at Superbloom.

4- Open Air St Gallen confirms Placebo and more

Open Air St Gallen is one of the biggest festivals in Switzerland, even in Europe. They just added Placebo, Sam Fender, Milky Chance and much more to their line-up. Previously announced artists include Twenty One Pilots, The Lumineers and more. The Swiss festival will take place from 25 to 28 June.
