Madonna has announced her forthcoming album, Madame X, in a cinematic teaser video. Her upcoming fourteenth album is scheduled to be released on June 14, 2019.

Four years have passed since the last full-length album of Madonna, Rebel Heart. On February 2019, the Colombian singer and songwriter Maluma, posted a picture with Madonna in a studio, while in her interview with the Italian edition of the magazine Vogue, Madonna revealed that her album will certainly be released in 2019.

Now, it has been confirmed that her highly-anticipated new album Madame X will be released in June this year. Moreover, it was also revealed that one of the producers for Madame X will be the French producer Mirwais Ahmadzaï, who has previously co-produced two of Madonna’s albums.

This week, Madonna dropped a new single with the title ”Medellín”, featuring the reggaeton artist Maluma.

Madonna is an American singer, songwriter, and actress born in 1958. She released her self-titled debut album in 1983. The album gained very positive reviews from the media and it reached the top ten of the charts in many countries. Madonna has been known to push the boundaries of lyrical content in pop music, while she is often criticized for her controversial music videos and performances. However, she is considered one of the best live performers till today and she still continues to influence other artists. Her previous albums Like a VirginTurn Blue and Like a Prayer established her as a pop icon.

In 1997, she also won a Golden Globe for her performance in the film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical Evita. Madonna is recognized as the best-selling female artist of all time. She released her last album Rebel Heart in 2015.
