English singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding has been announced for Jugendfest and Parkenfestivalen. The Norwegian festivals will be held in August 2019.

Other announced names for Jugendfest 2019 are Martin Garrix, The September When and Karpe. Martin Garrix is one of the youngest musicians to score a number 1 Single. The Dutch DJ hit the top spot with “Animals” in 2013, at just 17 years old.

Parkenfestivalen 2019’s lineup is also taking shape, with names like Sigrid, The September When, Myra, Madrugada, Thomas Dybdahl and Gluecifer.

Elena Jane “Ellie” Goulding is not just a singer-songwriter, but also an actress and multi-instrumentalist. Therefore it was not surprising when she received two awards in 2010. Her debut album “Lights” reached number one in the UK albums chart with over 850.000 copies sold. She has already headlined many festivals including Sziget.

Jugendfest 2019

First held in 2008, Jugendfest quickly became Norway´s largest pop/rock festival. Since 2012 the festival is being held in Color Line Stadion. Which has a capacity of around 24.000 people.

Parkenfestivalen 2019

Parkenfestivalen takes place since 2006 in the small city of Bodø, more than 800km north of Oslo. The distinct scenery offers its visitors a unique way to appreciate a music festival. In recent years, many big artists performed there, including Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Kygo, The Prodigy and many more. In 2018, the headliner was A-ha.
