Paul McCartney confirms first tour dates for 2019

Legendary English singer-songwriter Paul McCartney announced new dates for 2019. Four special shows in South America and eight USA shows.

Paul McCartney will start 2019 with the South American tour. He announced four dates in March : 20 in Chile, 23 in Argentina and 26 and 30 in Brazil. The pre-sale tickets will be available from Tuesday 4 December.

After the South American leg of the tour, he will continue performing in the USA. His last announced tour date is 26 June 2019. Where will he continue after that remains a  mystery for now.

He released his latest album Egypt Station on 7 September 2018 and went on the “Freshen Up” tour after that. The critically acclaimed tour kicked off in Canada and continued in Japan. McCartney completed the Japanese leg of the tour in November and is currently in Europe where he will finish the year.

Will we see Paul McCartney performing at European festivals ? Rumour has it that several festivals like Pinkpop, Mad Cool and NOS Alive have still something huge to announce. Maybe Sir Paul will be soon in festival news…
