Editors are a rock band from Birmingham formed in 2002. The band released their debut album The Back Room in 2005. It included well-known songs like ‘Munich’ and ‘Blood’ and received generally positive reviews. With the release of five other critically acclaimed studio albums in their thirteen-year-long career the band is considered to be one the pioneers of indie rock in the late 2000s. Editors have performed at many major festivals around the world and their tours usually tend to sell out. Their latest album, Violence, was released in March 2018.
